Cook ground round. Drain and place in large saucepan (4 quart). Add entire can of tomato juice and entire can of tomato sauce and chopped garlic, Italian seasoning and oregano. Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for 2 – 3 hours.
Cook lasagna noodles.
In 9 x 13 pan. Put a little sauce on the bottom to prevent sticking. Layer noodles, sauce, mozzarella, noodles, sauce, Colby, noodles, sauce, mozzarella and top with Parmesan. Cook at 350 for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
